HI,
2 issues we have been running into with a Synology set for bi-directional sync to Box:Credentials to the Box account expire without the password having changes--seems to have happened after unexpected shutdowns. Upon the NAS rebooting the credentials are having to be re-keyed to bring the sync back up. Easy to fix but causes the files in Box to be out-dated and this sync is in place for offsite file access. Upgrading firmware and a clean reboot do not fix this. Has anyone ran into this? I have tried working with both Synology and Box support on this--the most I was able to find is that during times the sync was down Box stated they did not see any login attempts from the aop. Considering switching to DropBox for this The main issue though is after re-keying the creds in CloudSync again, it doesn't seem to be syncing files that have changed. I did some tests and it does upload new files, but for files that had changed while the sync is down it doesn't appear to be syncing any of those changes.Any help much appreciated.
Please help.
I did not find the right solution from the internet.
