Game Loading

Hello,

I am running into some problems with The Last Door app in my iPhone 6 and iPad (they're both up to date with the software) but ever since I did the final update (iOS 9.0) on both devices the game isn't loading and I can't play it in either device... Can this be fixed?

Please help
